1. Description of the service
Kalaluvat.net is an online service through which seller organisations sell products. Noretki Oy operates the service and acts as an intermediary for the sellers.

2. Formation of the contract
These terms are binding on you when you create a user account or place an order through the service. The purchase contract for a product is formed between you and the seller organisation.
Your user account is personal. To use the service, you must be at least 18 years old or have your guardian's consent.
3. Orders and payment
The purchase contract is formed between you and the seller organisation when the payment has been confirmed. A fishing permit is personal and is issued to the user named in the order. You can purchase a permit for another person's use.
Payments are processed by Stripe as a technical payment processor. We do not see or store your card details. Prices are shown to you before you confirm the payment. The VAT treatment of a product is determined by the seller organisation's VAT status; Noretki Oy's service fee is subject to VAT.
Fishing permits are leisure services tied to a specific time. They are not covered by the right of withdrawal for distance sales (Chapter 6, Section 16 of the Finnish Consumer Protection Act).
If a product is defective or does not match your order, please notify us within a reasonable time of discovering the defect. Complaints concerning the content of a product are handled by the seller organisation; we will forward your enquiry where necessary.
Questions and complaints relating to payments, charges or refunds are handled by Noretki Oy. We will respond to them within 15 business days at the latest. If you are not satisfied with the resolution you receive, you can refer a matter concerning the payment service to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariita.fi) or contact the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority for customer protection advice.

4. User obligations
You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is correct and up to date. The service may not be used unlawfully, misleadingly or in a way that disrupts the operation of the service or disturbs other users.
We may restrict or close your account if you breach these terms or use the service for abusive purposes.
5. Roles of the seller organisation and Noretki Oy
The seller organisation is the seller of the product and is responsible for the seller's obligations towards the consumer. Noretki Oy acts as an intermediary for the seller.
The substantive terms of the products, such as the validity period of a permit, the fishing area and the permitted fishing methods, are determined by the seller organisation.
6. Limitation of liability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation of the service. We are not responsible for the substantive terms of the products, which are determined by the seller organisation. We are not liable for indirect damages. Our total liability towards you is limited to the amount of the service fee that Noretki Oy has charged you for the order in question.
These limitations do not restrict your rights as a consumer under mandatory legislation.
7. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the service at least 30 days in advance.
If you do not accept the new terms, you can stop using the service and delete your account. By continuing to use the service after the changes take effect, you accept the amended terms.
8. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Finnish law. We aim to resolve any disagreements primarily through negotiation.
As a consumer, you can refer a dispute to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board: kuluttajariita.fi.
Disputes concerning Noretki Oy that cannot be resolved amicably will be settled in the Pirkanmaa District Court. Disputes concerning a product or a seller organisation will be settled in the competent court under applicable law.
